Our Approach

Your first meeting with Kellands is free and does not bind you to a future relationship. It allows you to assess us, whilst it helps us to identify your needs and objectives.

We start this initial meeting with an in-depth "financial health check". This entails discussing your current circumstances as well as your individual objectives and aspirations.

We will explain how we get paid for our services. Depending on your personal preferences and circumstances, this can be by way of a fee, commission (from any policies/investments transacted) or a combination of both fee and commission.

With your permission, we then obtain information on your existing arrangements from the relevant insurance companies and investment institutions.

Following the meeting, we carry out a needs analysis based on your current situation, taking into account your specific plans and objectives. This includes an analysis of your existing investments, pensions, tax planning, wills, mortgages and banking arrangements, as well as specific recommendations to achieve your objectives.

At Kellands, we believe it is important to review your financial plans regularly to react both to any changes in your circumstances and to economic and legislative changes.
